Kathi retired in 2015 from the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) after 35 years of service. During her tenure with Metro, she served in various management and leadership positions in Personnel and Human Resources, retiring as Director of Human Resources. Kathi joined the Board of the Metro Transportation Employees Federal Credit Union (MTEFCU) in 1991 and served as Vice President and President of the Board, and Chair of the Supervisory Committee. Kathi served as a member of the Supervisory Committee of Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union (NGFCU) and later became the Chair of the NGFCU Supervisory Committee until she joined the Board in 2009. She has served as Chair of the NGFCU Board of Directors and currently serves on the Human Resources, Facilities, and Loan and Share Committees.
