Board of Directors
Control of Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union and its management is in the hands of the membership. Once a year, members elect a Board of Directors at their annual meeting. Each member gets one vote, regardless of the number of shares owned. One person, one vote means that control and direction of the credit union is not based on the financial resources of a few members, but on the needs of the entire membership.

Supervisory Committee
This committee is also comprised of Credit Union volunteers. Supervisory Committee responsibilities include the initiation of annual audits of the Credit Union’s operations, management and financial statements; the confirmation that internal controls are maintained in accordance with established policies, procedures, laws and regulations; and the oversight of response to members’ written questions, concerns, or complaints regarding Credit Union operations.
